Still no internet in Augusta, GA as of October 31 and zero information from Xfinity / Comcast! Why?

I can understand there is a lot of work in restoring the fiber connection for tv and internet here in Augusta GA. But why are we not receiving ANY information or updates from Xfinity / Comcast. You keep saying in the automated message when I check my connection that expected time of restoration is tomorrow at 10am, then when that time passes it is 1pm, then 5pm, then it is "under investigation" and this is how the timeline for restoration of service has been pushed out time and time and time again for the past 14 days. 

So what exactly is taking so long? Tell us. Share some ACTUAL information with us. Give us a REALISTIC timeline? 

This is frustrating beyond description. And remember, we are paying an extremely high price for your service. I mean as in ridiculously high prices. And this is how you treat us?????

Please, give us some REAL information about how your restoration efforts are going. 

Not just in the CSRA or Augusta area. Be specific.
