Still no internet after 14 days in Spring Branch Houston

No access to customer service, webpage shows outage but no updates, not seeing any Comcast repair work in the area, power has been restored over a week ago, this is so ridiculous!

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I'm sorry to read a service interruption has impacted you and have been unable to enjoy your Xfinity services user_vt5ein. No one likes a service interruption including us! Restoration efforts are nearly complete after strong storms and widespread power interruptions caused internet service interruptions. As a reminder; if one or more of your Xfinity services isn’t working, you can check to see if a service interruption has been reported in your area in a few different ways including the Xfinity app and

Status Center. On occasion, your power may start working before your Xfinity services. In those situations, we ask for your patience — our teams work hard to get our services back up and running, so you can be connected again. You can find and connect to Xfinity WiFi hotspots when you need them most. Just sign in to any Xfinity Wi-Fi network using your username and password. Our team is here to help too, and you can contact us a few different ways including right here on the Xfinity Forums. We do have access to the same info and reports regarding service interruptions that can be found using the Xfinity app or Status Center. And, read more regarding important storm updates here: https://texas.comcast.com/alerts/
