Still no gift card for adding a mobile line

Greetings, @James_7967! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your gift card, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Most of our gift card offers have a 90-day qualifying period, followed by a 2-4 week processing period. I have seen a few exceptions, but it can take a total of 16-18 weeks between when you completed your order and when you receive your gift card. The great thing is, you can go to https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/ and enter your account number to find out exactly where you are on the timeline.
