Still more outages
Hey 2nd week internet outages have continued, one or two of the times its been a network outage but most of the time it cant be explained. I do like being told that the are going to run a update on the modem and could take two hours to complete which is a nice way to get you off the call. Been given no answers just standard call center run around to get you off the call and onto the next one

The outages will continue. You’ll face the same issue over and over again. I’ve been giving them my money for no service for years so I know. Just leave as soon as you can. The customer service is limited. You’ll only get automated service replies and have to fight with a robot to speak with an actual representative and in most cases they can’t do anything to help you.
