Still haven’t received my gift card

I started service over 90 days ago. In that time I’ve check in on my $200 Amazon gift card promotion over 12 times. I was finally told on 5/28/25 that it was sent to my email and it would be there within one hour. It is now 6/4/25. I’ve checked in 3 times since then and most recently was told that it’s never existed and was called a liar in the chat messages that I screenshotted. I’m currently looking into getting another provider if this can not be resolved as this didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth about how this company handles anything

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
