Still haven’t received confirmation for shipping for internet equipment

I had my equipment shipped to my apartment, but my stuff still hasn’t been sent out yet and I need to have internet set up by Monday. Is it possible to pick it up at my local store and return the shipment once it arrives at my apartment?

I know how important it is to have service established on time, and would love to see what we can do to help! Yes, you always have the option to visit an Xfinity Store to see what we can do for you there (we've had customers return shipped equipment that arrived too late).
