Still haven’t rec’d promised credit for wrongly charged service call

An outside service issue on xfinity’s junction box to the house was completed on 4/19/23. The tech told me there is NO charge because it was xfinity’s old equipment outside causing the service issues. However, on my bill on May 1, 2023 I was charged $100 for service call.

I have already spent 3 1/2 hours on the phone & chat with support who told me that they have already credited the $100 as you can see in my chat screenshots

‎But, it’s now 3 billing periods later & still no credit.

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
