Still can't access my Apple TV

My Stream Saver plan was removed by Xfinity recently when my service was suspended (totally my fault for forgetting my payment). Anyhow, I'm trying to reinstated/reactivate my streaming services and I've had to call 3 times so far. Each time I'm told it will take 1 hour/2 hours/8 hours and then this last time I was told to call Apple to verify my apple lignin email because my Apple tv is still not activated. Apple laughed at me and said there is nothing they could do because they aren't in control of the subscription.  I didn't even know that the stream saver was completely removed from my service or why. Now I have to call back a 4th time after being cut loose and not helped.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
