Still being charged for service despite no longer having account
Hello,
Despite switching from Xfinity to T-Mobile months ago i am still being charged for mobile and Internet services. I have called multiple times and been assured that i no longer have any accounts and should not be charged for any and all services but i am. Need help as i can no longer access my account via their apps.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
