Stay away from the Motorola phone company and avoid Android models made by them

For almost 2 years I suffered with a Motorola Android cellphone -- always cutting off calls, many bad connections, etc.

I complained many times by phone, email and in person -- and each 'Tech Support' person along the way assured me they could fix it.

They never did. Xfinity/Comcast gave me a small token refund of $20 even though the trouble lasted so long.

When I tried to contact Motorola directly as Comcast suggested, I learned it's now a Chinese company and they seem to operate like they probably do in China -- No true contact info and no real humans available.

If they try to help a customer, they probably are sent to prison or shot. I recommend against ANY Motorola phone products, and never get an Android. Now I know why iPhones are so popular. They work!

(P. S.  I'll bet you a steak dinner that no overpaid bigwigs from Comcast or Motorola will EVER read this or contact me.)
