Status Update

Hello! I am wondering what the status is of my Internet connection here at my home in Willard, Utah. I had a service tech come last Sunday to get our Internet set up (after spending countless hours on the phone telling them our address shows serviceable for our next door neighbors but not us). He came and said there was no line to our home and that he couldn’t connect our Internet. I had signed up to switch 3 cellphones over to Xfinity at the same time as purchasing our Internet plan but if we can’t get Internet I want to cancel the phone plans. I’ve been waiting to hear from someone about the status but it has been 4 days now and I haven’t heard anything.

@XfinityEmilyB I’ve already done down that road and been told it is and a Xfinity service tech came last Sunday to set everything up but told us it wasn’t accessible and left. Haven’t heard anything since then.

@user_jb3jb5 One awesome part of working on this platform is I can follow up with you as many times as I need until we confirm this is resolved. I will check the details and let you know what needs to be done for service to be installed and stick with you until everything is up and running :). Please send me a direct message to get started.
