Status or work order for new outside tap and port

Hi!

I was told new equipment team was going to be installing a new tap and port on my property since lightning damaged it. I haven't received any contact in reference to same and there are no work orders showing on my account Please advise. Thank you

As a customer myself I would not be happy it's like struck my property and damaged the Xfinity equipment to where my services were not working as they should I'll be happy to look further into this for you please send me a direct message
