Status on a Technician submitted ticket.

Hi there I need help checking a status on a technician submitted ticket.

My internet went down 2/25. Got a xfinity technician over the next day and he said he could not fix it and that a new line would have to be run to by apartment. He said he submitted a ticket and that I would get a call back. It 3/1 and I haven't heard anything back ir seen anything messaged to my email or account.

Please help 🙏 😢 is there a way I can get an update on this?

user_osap4l Thank you so much for reaching out for help with the status of the ticket the technician submitted for you. Most ticket request made by our team in the field can take 24 to 48 hours to update on our end and depending on what the issue is can take some time to resolve. For example, if there was a request for network maintenance we do have to schedule offline time to take the area down to complete the work needed. Since we do have to let folks know when possible that does add time in to some work that needs to be done.

Also in the future if you do not find a post that fits your needs feel free to make your own. Especily if you find older posts like this one. This will make sure your helped in a timely manner.
