Status of pre-bury?

Dec 19th techs came out to provide connection from junction to house. Unable to accomplish citing need for bury of cable. They ordered a pre-bury work order onsite. Three weeks in still no status on the work order. Appears a missed opportunity (weather-wise) while thawed ground is no longer.  Can I get a status and ETA of when pre-bury to be accomplished? Unable to begin service.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_wvh16a! When a cable needs to be buried, the request is typically completed within 15 business days. Although, permits, weather conditions, and marking underground utilities can cause additional delays. 

 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can definitely review our options for a temporary line and look at the current request for the permanent cable. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Press Enter to send it.
