Status of Order?

Hi Can someone please give me an update on order:  [Edit: Personal Information], its for a xpod replacement and its been two weeks since this was ordered through your support channel.

xfin_comcast_user Thanks for reaching out! You should have received an order confirmation email, along with a UPS, or FedEx tracking number. Do you recall receiving an order confirmation email?

No. I was told that the confirmation would be sent soon and I would receive the unit 6-8 days. Nothing has happened and it’s been two weeks. The only thing I have is the ref number I provided to you by the agent who helped create the order.
