Status of Cable Box Shipment

On May 3, I ordered a new "TV Box" to replace my old one. Order confirmation was received the same day.

I have not received the box  within the 3-5 day estimated shipment window.

Will I receive a tracking number or some other means to monitor shipment of the package.

Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
