user_oi0uah Howdy! Thank you for taking the time to loop us in on this. Was the line installed 3 weeks ago, or replaced with an existing in ground line that is already there? The reason that I ask is that 3 weeks is honestly pretty common. In some areas, it takes a bit over a month to get a line in the ground depending on a pretty wide array of factors involved with the process.
