user_oi0uah Howdy! Thank you for taking the time to loop us in on this. Was the line installed 3 weeks ago, or replaced with an existing in ground line that is already there? The reason that I ask is that 3 weeks is honestly pretty common. In some areas, it takes a bit over a month to get a line in the ground depending on a pretty wide array of factors involved with the process.

Here is the entire story. We had bad tv pictures on all tv's (Pixeling). The tech measured the signal at the house and at the street. Said our existing line was bad. This was on June 19. He said we needed a new line. That line was run later but not connected. The line was then trenched in. A tech came out to hook it up and said it was an RG 6 line and we needed an RG11 line instead given the distance of the run. He ran another temp line and connected it. That was on 7/18. The utilities were marked a second time. No one has come back to trench in the second line. This has been a real pain. thanks for your help

user_oi0uah Appreciate the clarification on everything. We can easily take a peek at what is happening, but to be fully transparent, if the line was just run on the 18th of July, it is still within the normal scope of time to be buried. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
