status of a refund

On Mrch 2, 2025, I was to receive a credit of $173.11 after I cancelled my Comcast services. Please tell me the status of that credit.

I HAVE A DEBIT CARD FOR A REFUND OF 37.66 [Edited: Personal Information] BUT I AM UNABLE TO USE BECAUSE IT IS A DEBIT CARD AND I DO NOT HAVE THE PIN NUMBER.  CAN YOU HELP?

Hello user_3ehodf thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here on our Xfinity Forums!  The refund card can be used as credit without a PIN, but you are able to use the service number on the rear of the card to reach our Rewards Support Team.
