status is “under investigation and the cause is “Network Damage”. What exactly does Network Damage mean?

My Internet Is Down, But My Neighbors' Isn't!

Hi everyone,

I'm having a frustrating issue with my internet service. The official outage map shows no problems, but my internet has been completely out. The strange part is that my neighbors who also have the same provider, still have their internet working perfectly fine.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Do you have any advice on what might be causing a localized outage like this? Any tips on who I should contact would be a great help!
