Hello user_3npn85 Thank you for reaching out in our Xfinity Community forums. We are here and happy to assist you. There are some self service options available to you.

You can use the Xfinity app, or you can go to xfinity.com and follow these steps: To view your monthly Xfinity bill online, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password (only Primary or Manager users can access bill details).
  2. From the top menu, select **Billing & Pay** and then choose **View Bill & Transaction History**.
  3. Click on the **Bill Details** screen to see your current bill.
  4. Under **Current Statement**, select **Statement PDF** to view your most recent bill.


You can also access up to 24 months of past bills by selecting **Statement History** in the Billing section.
