Starting New Service

Hello,

I am frustrated with the repeated delays in setting up my service.  I have contacted Xfinity multiple times over the past month, and each time I am told that a technician will be sent out. However, the same technician continues to arrive and informs me that service cannot be installed until ground wiring is run from the main box to my home. Despite this being identified as the issue early on, no one has come out to complete the necessary wiring.  This is a new neighborhood, and while I understand we may be the first residence on the corner, it should not take over a month to resolve what appears to be a known infrastructure issue.

For the fourth time, I have been told that someone will be coming out next Tuesday. At this point, I need more than another appointment—I need confirmation that the required work will actually be completed. Please have a manager or someone at a higher level contact me directly to ensure this issue is resolved without further delay.
