Starting New Service
I had signed up for service at our new address, but I no longer see the charge on my account. When I try to login into my account it still says it's being setup, and I set it up on 12/1. I also needed to go in to change the apartment number as there was a technical error when I was signing up that our apartment wasn't listed, and I was told to go ahead and sign up for another apartment and just change the address after signing up. How can I check that we are signed up and to change the apartment number? Thanks!
