Starting New Service

Good morning,

I had signed up for service at our new address, but I no longer see the charge on my account.  When I try to login into my account it still says it's being setup, and I set it up on 12/1.  I also needed to go in to change the apartment number as there was a technical error when I was signing up that our apartment wasn't listed, and I was told to go ahead and sign up for another apartment and just change the address after signing up.  How can I check that we are signed up and to change the apartment number? Thanks!

You probably should go to your nearest store to get this resolved.

Hi sehicks20, it sounds like going into a local Comcast service center is your only option at this time. They will need proof of address to make the change in your apartment and to confirm your order. If you'd like to find a store near your home just click on this link
