Starting Kit Sent Too Early
I bought the starting kit and my internet and selected delayed delivery for the start of August. Today I got a message saying my starting kit was delivered. That's 3 weeks early. I dont event live at this residence yet. What happens if it gets stolen. Then what. Who's fixing this and why is it impossible to speak to anyone real. Everything is AI.

This just happened to me as well. I just got a notification saying my router was shipped, despite the fact that I explicitly told them I was not moving until September.
