Starter package lost in mail

I signed up for Xfinity last week and ordered the starter pack with router and equipment. When I check the tracking status, it says it was delivered 2 days ago but I never received it. Usps didn't have any picture or anything for me to verify the delivery. I submitted a claim on USPS to report it, but how do I receive a replacement starter kit? I need a router to get it set up and don't want to pay another 30 for it when it was lost in the mail or stolen before I could get it. How do I get another starter kit sent?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_dv42ur Hello there! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forums regarding your equipment delivery. I can see how this would be a frustrating situation. I'd be happy to help you get replacement equipment. When you get a moment please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address. I look forward to working with you today!

Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
