Starter Kit - Xfinity WiFi Gateway inquiry

Hello,

I'm reaching out because I need to set up Xfinity Wi-Fi.

I understand I have two options to obtain the starter kit: visiting an Xfinity store or having it delivered. I just want the pickup process clarified first. I noticed that appointment slots are available for Saturdays and Sundays, but I want to confirm whether those days are genuinely open for in-store pickups or if they're just default placeholders in the system. Please let me know if weekend pickups are actually available before I decide which route to take. Thank you.

Greetings, @user_igggjr! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about setting up your Xfinity Internet equipment. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you prefer to pick up your equipment at a local Xfinity Store, you can come in any time they are open. Setting up an appointment is a great way to avoid having to wait in line when the store is busy, and weekends tend to be much busier at most locations, but an appointment is not required for pickup.

If you would like to have your equipment shipped to you directly, that is always an option. Our shipping cutoff time is usually around 1:00 PM, so if you get your order in this morning, we should be able to have it sent out today. Please let me know if you would like me to set something up for you. Our team is always ready to help.

user_igggjr Yes, we can take a look and see what's happening with your order. You can have both completed on your account. Meaning, you can process an order, and make an appointment, as appointments can be made for a multitude of things. So that I may access your account details, please send us a Direct Message with your name and service address.

Click "Sign In" if necessary.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
