Starter kit stolen from porch last week.

My starter kit was stolen last week from my front porch. It shows it was delivered but when I went after work to pick it up it was gone. I called customer service and spoke to one of your representatives. He informed me that they would send a replacement and have it expedited. I do not have a tracking number to go by, just the old one that is connected to the old starter kit. It’s been since Friday and I still haven’t gotten my kit. Is there any way I can find out if the kit was indeed shipped?
