Starter Kit still not shipped

Bough Xfinity internet service Jan 12, 

regardless starter kit was supposed to ship Jan 12 with priority shipping (1-2) days, it’s been 6 or so days. I cannot run my biz operations without WiFi help. The agents on the app just act clueless lol

@SethkXFIN Thanks for posting and letting us know. If the order hasn't shipped, it's due to not processing. If it hasn't processed, it is due to an incorrect date, or there being something wrong with the order. We can help fix it, that way it processes immediately. You also have the option to pick up equipment for free at any Xfinity store https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. That will have you online the same day to keep making money from home!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
