Starter kit shipping status can be found in my account? Where in my account?
a week ago irecieved congrats email for getting approved for internet essentials, it also said to watch for a Starter kit i should recieve in 7 to 10 days , i downloaded xfinity mobile phone app and ny account app, i noticed yesterday on phone app it said book appointment at store, when i ask chat bot about starter kit , tells me shipping status for starter kit is in my account , i really dont think so, or would it only be found there if it was shipped?, so far xfinity is lacking in communicating with this new customer
