Start Service at Multiple Addresses

I'm moving and will need to start service at a new address, but I need to maintain service at my old address for a month. I have tried to use the moving page, but it only gives me a way to end service at my current address and start at a new address, not maintain service at both. I tried to make a new Xfinity ID so that I could set up a new account to set up service at my new place, but it just tries to log me into my already existing account. How do I set up internet at two different addresses?

Hi there! Are you moving within the same general area? It is possible this is the only option if you are moving to a different market, as the service would not be able to be transferred and a new account would need to be set up. In that case you can easily set up the new account and just set the cancellation for your old address when desired.

@XfinitySheila It is in the same general area, so it shouldn't be moving to a different market. I'm not looking to transfer service right now, I'm looking to have service at multiple addresses. I've tried to make a new Xfinity account to set up the new address, but it just says that I already have an account and logs me into that one.

I don't want to get into a chat. I just want the answer to what should be a common question that other people also have. How do people have service at multiple addresses in the same area? (I imagine people with multiple houses need services at both of them. How do they do that?)

@XfinitySheila I've been in a chat alone for ten minutes? Is there no FAQ guide for this issue or some way that I can just add another address to my account?
