Start Internet Service at New Construction

We have been trying to start service at our new construction house for three weeks and nobody has been able to help us.  We are about to go with a different service provider.  We have had two technicians out and they said that our address is showing up in their system, but they are not receiving signal after running the wires outside.  Can anybody help me with this request ASAP?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_ylnikb thank you for using the Community Forums to reach out to us. I understand that you have been trying to begin new service and coming across some issues with getting that process completed. Thank you for considering Xfinity as your service provider, I would be more than happy to assist you with getting things properly set up. How long ago was the most recent technician visit?
