Start giving stores a direct phone number!!!

I’ve been wanting a new phone. But it’s a waste of time and gas having to drive store to store to see if the phone I want is in stock! It’s ridiculous.. and they can’t even tell you if another Xfinity store has the inventory. Verizon has a direct number and is able to tell you any of their stores inventory. Xfinity should take notes. You get no where with calling customer service. You get the runaround and transferred to so many different people spending almost an hour for no results.

Good morning @user_okoeh2!😀I can understand your concern with not knowing the inventory of our stores for what phones are in stock. We do have the option of online at xfinity.com/mobile that may be of some help if shipping is okay.
