Hello, @user_08802d. I'm sorry to hear your package was stolen. I would like to thank you for making us aware that you need a replacement via Forums. Don't worry, you're definitely in the right place to getting this figured out.
We can do this one of two ways. We can either mail you a new package and it'll arrive within 3-5 days or you can visit any Xfinity store near you and pick it up from there. Which would you prefer?

Sounds good, @user_08802d. Just in case you weren't aware, you can use the incredible Xfinity app to find the address to the nearest store to you. I would also like to help submit a ticket for the stolen device. This way we can prevent you from getting charged for something you didn't receive.
