SSN & DOB we’re asked
On 11/21/2023, “Emma from Turkey” asked me SSN & DOB to complete the phone switching transaction to be completed. After talking with the 3rd agent “Emma” , I did give her (typed) the information but I felt so uneasily about giving out my information. Please check your records & let me know. Thanks!
