Sprinkler system damaged by Xfinity third party contractors

MasTec Network Solutions damaged my sprinkler system while underlying the xfinity internet cables in my community. This is my third time reaching the customer support and there is no resolution to the issues. I have all the evidence documented of the damage and submitted. But the customer service does not escalate and close ticket without proper justification of the issue.

II'm currently having the same problem with recent damage to my in ground sprinkler system by Comcast contractors attempting to bury cables in my front yard .  It is next to impossible to get any help from Comcast .  I have spent hours on this with only frustration to show for it.. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

How should I proceed on this issue?  Since I can't get anyone to help me that is with Comcast.  I'm thinking the only thing left to do is to get it fixed and take Comcast to small claims court an send complaint letters to the state and better business bureau.
