I canceled an appointment two days ago because the property manager here at our complex reburied the dangerous cable ACROSS from my building that someone had tripped over. So, guess what happened? A tech came anyway, despite the canceled appointment, and dug up around MY UNIT, breaking a sprinkler head in the process, and then leaving cables everywhere on the ground before abandoning the project. Turns out the guy misunderstood and thought he was supposed to reinstall new cables for our building. Now we have more dangerous cables on the ground. And water shooting up into the air!
Supposedly someone is going to return to clean up the mess. We'll see...
