sports channels

yesterday I added ESPN+… ESPN and NESN And I have not been able to get into one of them so I missed the Bruins game last night. I have a confirmation saying that they were added, but they are not showing up saying I still need a subscription. You really should have an 800 number for customer service because this is ridiculous and does not help.
