Split WiFi Bands.
How do I get my WiFi bands separate? I’m unable to manage it in admin. The Xfinity assistant is useless and doesn’t help at all. It also refuses to allow me to speak with a person. I’m sure this is something you can split quick on your end as I used to have it split on my old router with you.

Good morning, @user_slc82f ! I’m sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. I can definitely understand how upsetting it is when you're trying to connect devices that require a specific WiFi band, only to find the settings aren't available and the automated support tools aren't getting you anywhere. With our XB7 and XB8 gateways, Advanced Band Steering often combines the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks into a single WiFi name and can limit the ability to separate them manually which unfortunately we are not able to change for you.
