Speed issue CODA56

My plan is 1100/300 I am getting my full 1100 down but only get exactly 100 up.

I assume it is a programing issue with my modem.

Any ideas.

@XfinityBrianH i followed all of those before making my post. Given it hits 100 and just holds there it appears as if there is a setting or configuration issue that is limiting the speed.

@user_bue0tw I appreciate you keeping us posted and thank you @EG for moving this post for greater visibility :). It sounds like your modem may not have the appropriate boot file, which tells the modem which speeds you are subscribed to. Let's work on this together and make sure you're getting the speeds you pay for.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
