Speed is not as paid for

Hi! My account internet speed supposed to be 400 Mbps. All the time have constant speed 180 Mbps. It was better in 2025. No issues with signal and equipment. Should I file a claim for refund in 2026?

Hello @user_q8yayw, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your speeds. I know how frustrating that can be when you’re trying to use your internet, and it’s just not performing the way it should. To better understand what’s going on, can you let me know if you were running the speed test while hardwired directly to the modem, or if you were connected over Wi-Fi? Also, are you using your own modem or an Xfinity Gateway?
