Speaking with an agent

I am very frustrated and ready to cancel my service it is <Edited: Language> you cannot get thru the automated system to speak with a live agent.  A system reset was done on Friday and I am still continuing to have the same issues with the main cable tv box not working and turning on my TV.  If an agent does not call me with in 30 minutes I will be cancelling my service and switching to ATT.

Are you getting a black screen or an error message when you try to watch on that TV box? What happens?
