Speaking with a human is impossible

I’m trying to take care of a bill and can not speak with a human being! Why???

You can also use the Xfinity app and website to manage your account with payments and billing preferences. The last 12 months of billing statements are also available here to view PDF file formats to review changes or compare month to month.

Xfinity's customer service has really plummeted. I've been a customer for 29 years and feel the same way. Why can't we get in touch with a human? It's always a chat bot amd I keep getting no where.

Then they bully you into paying whatever amount they give in order to speak with someone first! How can we stop this
