Speaking to your Serviceability Team

Hello,

 

I spoke to Amanda in September and in early October about getting service to our new home.  Amanda left me a voicemail on 10/1 that our new home address, , was added to the system and that we had a green light to move forward with service being run to our house.  She said it would need to be a full installation where they run the line from the pole, underground to our house. 

 

She wanted me to follow up when we were around 2 weeks from our new home being finished.  We are at that point right now, but I have no phone number or email in which to contact the Serviceability Team.  Can someone please help me reach them?
