Speaking to an actual representative
I need to speak to an actual person about how often we experience service outages. Can someone provide a number? The general numbers end up with a canned response, then hangup. There have been at least six (6) since Jan 1, 2026. It's unacceptable. My wife relies on internet access for her job. Service goes out at critical times and is jeopardizing her livelihood. We're in the York, PA area.
