Speaking to a live agent

Frustrated BEYOND measure!  Trying to cancel a premium channel- however I have 4 accounts.  Just need a live person- the chatbot not cutting it.  Wasting my time and frustrating me to no end.  Used to at least be able to chat with a live agent- now caught in a neverending loop of chatbot nonsense.

I can see how having more than one account may get you stuck and would be happy to help. If you are trying to remove a Premium channel that has a subscription like MAX you can Manage your Subscriptions from your box. You can also manage subscriptions when you Sign in to your Xfinity account at my.xfinity.com. If you do not see the channel you are trying to remove listed send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
