speaking to a human over the phone and not via chat and not AI is impossible
I signed up for xfinity with a basic plan that worked for me, then I get a call from a slick sales rep, funny how you can always find a real person when they want something from you, who told me I could upgrade to faster speeds for only 10 dollars more, turns out the new plan had new data limits and to be fair to comcast while I wasn't watching my account I was paying over 200 bucks a month for extra data, I had paid this exorbitant fee for months before I found out. Now I had 5 different "agents" via chat tell me they would waive the last overage charge and we set up a new plan, turns out all 5 "agents" lied and I still have the overage charge plus my monthly bill. I've been trying to reach a live person to talk to for weeks and I am about to just give up and switch to verizon.
