Speak with someone about damage to my lawn

​This is ridiculous your automated system has no problem with taking my payments but I have problems speaking to live voice or getting a human response. Xfinity damaged my lawn. There is a permanent trench in my front lawn. The automated system advised me to click a link. Please provide a contact number and or person for me to call about theses damages​
