Speak with live agent
I have a work order since 12/10 to install an out side cable line. This still is not done! It has been 14 business days! I have run around in circles with the Xfinity Assistant and it will not let me speak with a live agent. I am beyond frustrated. I need to speak to an agent and this work needs to be completed.

I need to remove my email from a previous account that is still active because my old roommate still lives there. I hav been trying to speak with a liv agent and remove my email from my old account but nothing is working.
