I have tried for an hour to get in touch with a live agent and it is literally impossible!  I received an email about my Peacock subscription from Xfinity and have a simple question but none of the AI robots can answer my question.  Please help!!!

I have gig speed internet that provides Peacock Premium at no extra cost that expires June 25th.  I received an email today that states I should activate Peacock Premium??  Is my Peacock Premium being expanded, is the email sent in error?  How can I find out what is going on?

By any chance are you an Xfinity Rewards member? If you are a Platinum or Diamond member of our Xfinity Rewards there is the possibility of maintaining Peacock Premium. Did the email have any other context, or have you signed up for Xfinity Streamsaver recently? That also includes Peacock Premium.
