!!!!Speak to live agent!!!!

I need to speak to live person. Spent the last 20 minutes trying to connect to someone and I can't get past the stupid automation on the phone or online virtual assistant.  This is the worst customer service of any company ever! :(

Our team here on the Forums work with customers via the Forums. If you can send us a private message with the details of your issue, we'd be happy to assist. 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

When I log in there isn't an option for "Direct Message Chat", just the stupid AI thing "Chat with Xfinity Ai Assistant" and that gets me nowhere.

I don't have that icon or the reminder/bell icon..

Can someone please just pick up the [Edited: "Language"] phone and call me?  OR give me an email address that I can email someone?

Comcast makes it way too [Edited: "Language"] difficult to talk to someone. I'm about to give up and cancel all my services.

To check if your direct messaging is turned on, click on your Profile Avatar in the upper right corner and then on Profile Settings.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and if Opt Out From Direct Messaging is checked uncheck it and then click on Save.
